We can save you a tremendous amount of time in the field and confirm a machine works perfectly before shipping it to you. We power up the unit, install all safety devices such as gate edges, photo-eyes, and loop detectors, wire the machine and test it multiple times prior to shipping to ensure it is perfect. This allows you to focus on the site installation because we have taken care of all the prep work for you.

We accept all major credit cards and checks at the time of purchase, as well as ACH transfers or QuickBooks payments. R3 Access also offers a credit extension option for qualified customers, which includes a credit check.

YES! Our warehouse stocks vast inventory of a variety of operators, systems, monitors, non-monitor accessories, and replacement parts for all secured access needs. Some of the more popular products we stock and sell include Magnetic Parking/Barrier Arms, EMX, Optex, Diablo, Miller Edge, Gooseneck Pedestals, Loop wire from National Loops and BD Loops, Epoxy, Hydraulic Oil, and just about every size chain.

At R3 Access, we take pride in assisting our customers with these items, and we’re more than happy to handle returns and repairs with the manufacturers. Frequently, systems are impacted by things beyond a customer’s control such as lightning strikes. Additionally, we understand that many of the manufacturers have limited resources, and we’re accustomed to coordinating replacements and repairs on a customer’s behalf. In order to do so, we must have product/system serial numbers, manufacturer case numbers and the product being returned.

Once we have all of these items, we can begin to process RMA immediately and frequently advance the replacement part to you the same day. Additionally, we have a very sizeable FAAC Repair Shop on site that allows us to restore and fix many FAAC Hydraulic Gate Arms such as the FAAC 400 and FAAC 422’s and FAAC 760’s.

Our best service to you is through sharing our knowledge and experience before you purchase a system, an operator or a piece of equipment. The R3 Access team has combined over four decades of hands-on experience in site compatibility, understanding blueprints, power sources, product knowledge, technology, and more. While we do not provide onsite services, we’re always available to answer questions, gather information, connect with manufacturers on your behalf, and share product installation and spec documents with you. We ship anywhere in the US and Canada. R3 Access manufacturing partners are located throughout the US with multiple warehouses. Products from our warehouse ship directly via UPS or Truck Freight on pallets every day. We also drop ship often, especially for large deals and custom items from our manufacturing partners. In most cases, orders we receive before 4 p.m. ET ship that same day.

Installers and service specialists with experience can purchase directly from us. However, from experience, we do not sell directly to home owners and do-it-yourselfers—there are too many variables to consider with these sometimes-complex systems, like building specs and power source information. Therefore, we prefer to connect inexperienced individuals with professional installers in our network to ensure proper installation of a reliable secured access system that meets your needs.
